Sometimes life gets in the way. Life is busy at the moment, so going to try working out during lunch, just too busy and tired in the evening. Stay safe everyone.

Migraines hit and I haven't met any goals in the past week, now back to the regular plan.
1. Exercise daily - XBX, treadmill, elliptical or outside walk for 30 minutes
2. Track calories daily
3. Focus on getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night
