After a fun filled 5 days in Istanbul eating more bread and red meat than i could shake a stick at i'm not too dissappointed with the weight gain it could have been a lot worse!!!!
88.7 kg Lost so far: 18.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
