😄 water weight just about gone. I haven’t been restricting calories just sticking to keto. Some days my calories have been a bit low. I’m in the process of moving so I’ve been neglecting my work outs but I’m going to lift today.
84.2 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good Job! If I can just stick to Keto 7 days a week I swear it would only take 3 weeks to lose 10 pounds. But, I keep 'carbing out' on the weekends. However, I have been getting better. Good luck on your move.

Moving is a work out - so I wouldn't say that you skipped. It was just a different freestyle routine. Great progress.

Well done Crash! It seems that KETO is the only way I loose. It’s consistent workouts that I need to get control of... be well!

Thanks guys ♥️ I’m nearly done moving everything big out of my apartment. Just dinning table and our beds. Thank God they fixed my elevator 2 days ago! Me and my 2 lill kids boxed up and moved the majority of everything down 4 flights of stairs and then back up 1 flight of stairs into storage 😅😅

Keto really does make it easy to diet. Although last night, my daughter came home with a huge piece of birthday cake from the neighbors and I about cried 😂😂 I ate some keto ice cream to calm myself

I count laundry or mowing as a workout so I’m pretty sure moving and steps are a great workout

Yeah keto can have its drawbacks for sure. But focus on your goals hard and plan to reward yourself with something when you reach them!
