had to do it in 2 different sessions.
4200 +3800 or 3 3/4 miles. finding it hard to do second session..but I did it! Yeh!
87.0 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
