rough morning weight from the day prior. eating poorly not eating right at all. too much cheese, and carbs. bread, cornchips, cookies, corndogs, fast food. bad, bad, bad!!!
128.4 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
