Eating at the hospital while waiting for the granddaughter's surgery was limited and it carried on thru the day with higher amounts of food. Mostly on plan food and I avoided stopping for the Twinkies that sounded good. Twice. I call that a win. Waiting for the body to get resituated but will keep track of weight honestly and I'm back on plan for food today.
Shopping later with my daughter for a mother of the bride dress/outfit for next Friday but excited just to spend extra time with her. Focusing on the best parts of today because perspective is everything.
