Ok, ready for a lower number lol. I've bounced on this one for a while. How about 187? That's a good number. Losing weight is always an adventure. There's not really a direct correlation between what you eat in a single day and what your body does with it lol. Trend? yes. But day by day? Body says "let's surprise her."
10 days and my daughter gets married. So happy for her and love her guy. He's such a good match and a really good guy. The aim is to be 185 or LESS by then (hey body, hear that?). Small intimate ceremony in a park with just the closest family. I'm privileged to be her Momma. We adopted each other when she was 14 and she's the daughter of my heart. Now she'll be married and soon a momma herself. What an adventure. And she wants me a part of it all. So blessed.
