Started the 3 day Military diet today. I have got to do something/anything to get out of this food based rut I’m in the last several months. Wish me luck!

Step 1 Speak well of yourself TO yourself. Step 2 Be honest with yourself. Track everything you put in your mouth, Including liquids. Step 4 Weigh yourself every day. After a while you'll know the rhythms of your body and with your food tracking, you will make course corrections without really even thinking about it. Step 5 In all of this unsolicited advice, aim for progress, NOT perfection! You are so much more than your dress size!

Hi Kelly!! Happy to have you back with us. Now that Christmas and N.Y.s is over it's time for me to lose 12 lbs. I am so challenged, can you explain how to put pics on my page please? I've tried but i'm missing something.

Hi moufette It is rough... I remembered this time why I hated it so much last time, lol. It’s a good way to start though.. getting used to counting calories and limiting portion size. I’ve decided that after this weekend I’m going to try going back to my mix of IF, master cleanse and clean eating - dinners only.
