Hey yall! Long time no Blog! I am back on Medifast starting today. And this time until I reach my goal. I'll be here logging food and mingling like I used to do. It will be a long journey but I am up for it yet again! TTYL
171.0 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 89.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
