So I guess chaffles don't like me lol. Made/ate 2 to test them out last night for dinner and they have potential. I can see a BLT on that. Made them in my belgian waffle maker (egg white, mozz cheese, 1T psyllium husk powder) but I'd add a little baking powder next time for some lift. A little grainy with the psyllium but not awful. Nothing Mayo, tomato and bacon can't cure.

Sunday funday. Going shopping for towels and brunch with my daughter. Must wear sneakers, this girl is gonna shop til I drop. January is the time for getting towels, new sheets and stuff and I'm going to renew my things. I'm tired of having 4 towels in my bathroom. Must be I gave some to the kids lol.

Chilly day but going to enjoy it. Have a wonderful day! But first, coffee...
