Weigh in was exactly the same. The diet went FUBAR yesterday...had some of the children over & the house went nutzo!!! Have a safe & healthy day.

100.8 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
