tahoebrun's Journal, 04 Jan 21

So I have noticed a direct correlation to my bowels being bound up and my BGLs being elevated...kinda weird and I am sure TMI for a lot of you, however I am just so amazed at this bio-machine that I get to walk around in. I am always learning and trying to make the best choices. Had a great weekend otherwise with the NYE holiday - the biggest part was that I made Cioppino for dinner and it was amazing but the site would not let me load any on the pictures (not a big deal - but on going). I also smoked a whole Ham to get meal prepping done for the next few weeks. I hope that you all stay curious and childlike in your fascination with our world.

That last sentence is the most meaningful thing I have read this week so far "stay curious and childlike in your fascination with our world" we can so easily become disinterested and bored with the world around us as we grow older especially when our lives were always active, and we now find we can’t do the things we used to do. It even sometimes leads to bouts of depression knowing “the best” of who we are lie behind us. At that point, those words need to be remembered – Excellent! Thank you, so inspiring.

I will always be amazed by what a beautiful and interesting machine the human body is and the interesting quirks that can sometimes differ from one to the next.
