Happy, Happy, Happy! I lost another 1.5 lbs. I'm eating more and weighing less, who knew? I am up to 30 carbs a week now and enjoying it. Sometimes I have to work at getting up to those 30 carbs. Last night for supper I had 1/2 of a baked sweet potato with a 10 ounce piece of sirloin and it was delicious. It is cold here today, so I have turned on a little heater to warm up the kitchen/living room area. We'll have to wear warm coats when we go on our walk.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
