ahh.. i highly suggest not taking a weightloss supplement, they really just want your money. if you read it says effective w/ exercise and diet! or do some intense research (or ask your doctor) about ones that Actually work. what i suggest is doing cardio cardio cardio. You will drop weight . also try to reduce your carb & protein intake. i dropped 30lbs in 2-3 months while doing this. i also suggest buying vitatops or vitamuffins, they are 100 calories, low fat(or no fat), fill you up and definately curbed my chocolate cravings, i would choose them over a fatty cookie/brownie/peice of cake anyday to be healthy!! :) good luck lady!
