Welcome to Monday everyone!! Another week has arrived and I am ready to focus and make my way to the next weekend. I'm happy to report I enjoyed a crisis free weekend which hasn't happened in a while. It was quite pleasant. I actually got a few things done around the house and even watched a couple of good movies!! The scale, my friend Frank, was kind again to me this morning. I expect a plateau again soon and am trying to remember not to get frustrated and discouraged by it when it does arrive as it surely will. I am just so pleased with my progress, I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel and that feels good. I hope everyone has a great day. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the support that is here on fatsecret.
