Good Morning Everyone,

According to my scale when I was wearing the least amount of clothing I weighed in at 231.2, but after I put my clothes on and I obviously went up in weight. My question is, when I record my weight, should I use the number I get with very little clothing or what I get once I am dressed?

whichever way u weigh be consistent. same type of clothing each time gives the most accurate results. but in all seriousness the only true result is with nothing but you on the scale. I live alone so I'm the only one to shame me. 😁

Thank you. I usually weigh myself with as little as possible. I was more or less wondering because when you go to an appointment and are weighed you have clothes on and ot increases your weight. So on my video visit I wasn't sure which weight to report.

As long as you weigh yourself under the same conditions, you can use the number as a reference for tracking. I weigh myself without clothing first thing in the morning. You could weigh yourself with clothing but then you'd have to do that every time, and different fabrics and types of clothes can have significantly different weights so that introduces inaccuracy when you're looking for trends over time.

I weigh Saturday or Sunday morning, after urinating and naked. This is my truest, undisguised, weight. I get weighed weekly and try to wear the same type of clothes. I use my home weight as my official wright. Unfortinately my housekeeper moves the scale to mop and that throws the weight off up to five pounds. I now make sure the scale is in the same spot each time I weigh. Happy holidays everyone. 🕎🎅🏻
