I think a healthy lifestyle needs to allow for the unexpected and allow for changing emotional needs. Don't worry about one week. and my deepest sympathy for the loss of your cherished pet

I am so sorry. I gained 20 lbs when I lost my puggie. Keep in touch with good friends, don't let yourself hole up in your sadness if you can. We are here for you. 💙
