on my way down again! yesterday did about 10000 steps. Thursday I did 20000 steps. My knees are starting to hurt so have to be careful...I need to change my goal but I will wait till i get closer to what is here now...
88.3 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
