I took one week off, just one, and my buffer completely disappeared. I was bad, but still didn't expect to gain 12 pounds. I've gotta get my buffer back asap. I'm on it. 😠
83.8 kg Lost so far: 29.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've done that too... unfortunately, for me at least, it's a slippery slope that ends in about 18 months and 80lbs gained. Glad you're able to catch it quickly!

Alot of it has to be water!!!! I once gained 7lbs in a week when I was on vacation. So crazy!!! Why can't we drop 12lbs in a week instead?! It will come off sooner than later though! Don't get discouraged!
