I did the right things, just a tick up. Will keep on the plan today. Thursday is travel day to NY to visit family and won't have access to weigh in until I get back Monday night so will just try to keep on it and hope for the best, then keep on trucking...

I expect today and tomorrow to be busy with presentations and a project. I will work on taking it one piece at a time to prevent overwhelm and remember to hydrate. Also figured out zinc tablets make me wanna hurl so discontinuing that immediately. I'll look for food ways to add to it...
