OK... Got a 220.8 weigh in after fast day one and some exercise. Hoping for a new low this week. Need to hit 218 and change to reach that goal. Will commence having wheat bran daily and will increase water intake.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 47.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 7.9 kg a Week


Morning, it's going in the right direction, just not as fast as you want, but down is better than up, right? My weight is still up but that's okay, I guess. I am always a slow loser - lol.

Better a slow loser than a sore loser! ;) I got wrapped up at work and didn't send you the link yesterday. Will do today.

LOL - can't imagine you being a sore anything! No worries, send the link when you can. Glad you got lots done, benefits of working from home. My daughter is doing that today, drove in this morning to pick up the work's lap top and then going to work from home next couple of days. Hard for me to do unless the patients come to my house - lol.
