OMG!!!! i finally broke the 90kg barrier less than 10kg to go (maybe???) i very much like this weigh in today we treated ourselves by taking an extra long walk in the sunshine together we got to spend time togther catch up on the weeks events and enjoy what maybe the last of the glorious weather Life is Good
89.9 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
