I am officially frustrated. I have spent 8 days hovering around 220/219 and I'm tired of those numbers. I have been ever so faithful with my eating and my exercise. On the upside my husband says I look great. I am ready to see a "real" loss on the scale.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I feel ya. I have been 201 for like a week or more and I want so bad to be under 200. We all hit plateau's and then when they are over we start seeing the numbers again. I know this yet I am freaking out. I hope you see a good number soon.

Thanks for the empathetic support!! I know it will change. I know I am doing what I need to be doing. I've been here before and I'll be here again ... but still!!! Well you know exactly what I mean. Hopefully you'll be under 200 soon and I'll be at my half-way point!!
