I have been fasting trying to get my weekend weight off and last night started walking again. I walked again this morning and before I left for work I weighed less than I did before my splurge weekend!! Super happy, and I am almost at my next milestone!
100.3 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
