I have been stressing out and stress eating. My heart has been speeding up. I have a loop implant that tells them if my heart speeds up.My heart doctor decided to take me off of one of my prescriptions and ordered a stress test last month. Also he told me to quit exercising. After looking at the results he thought I had a heart attack sometime last month. I told him if I did I sure didn't feel it but then I never feel it when it speeds up. Anyway he decided to do a procedure to see what was going on with my heart. The good news I didn't have a heart attack and there are no blocked arteries and he said I have a strong heart. He thinks the medication was to blame for my ill regular heart beat.So like I said I have been stressing out and eating to much. I can start exercising again. Now I just have to get through the holidays without gaining anymore weight but I am to happy with the results and I am going to enjoy the holidays and work on loosing weight in January.
