Thanks liv 😘 I think it’s happened because of going through separation. If it happens again or if I don’t get to sleep in the upcoming days, I’ll go see my doctor next week.

I’m trying to figure out sleep myself. That’s why I’m doing this food tracker.
I notice that when I eat bad things I sleep bad.
Fat consumption makes a big difference in my sleep.
Also fiber.
When I combine both I sleep great. Try to eat more fat and fiber. Less sugar.

Sleep is important! Melatonin or cbd oil knocks me out.

Bree thanks! I have always had very low BP, like 85/55 - 90/60, but no blacking out so far. I wish this could have happened with my kid by my side.
