What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Boiled egg and half of carrot muffin(from our favorite salad restaurant)

Late Lunch: Avocado Salad, Tuna Salad(from Ralphs deli), 2 slices of Meat Loaf (from Ralphs deli), Brie Cheese with crackers

Snack before sleep: Greek Yogurt

I usually take pictures, but I totally forgot to do so yesterday. My husband has things to do on Saturdays and buy something for late lunch on the way home. I like to open the shopping bags to check what kind of goody are in there. 😋
45.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week

Not a lot of food, not enough calories, insufficient nutrition but I think you actually know that, right?

To Kenna Morton: Thank you for your comment. I thought I ate enough foods on that day. I ate really big salad, meatloaf, and cheese at lunch. I was just a little bit hungry so that I ate yogurt.

I like the way the boiled egg is nestled. I love boiled eggs.

To: LaughingChevre: Thank you for your comment. I like to browse at kitchenware shops. This one is measure cup, but it fits for a boiled egg. I like to use something cute when I dine. Japanese people admire dinnerware or tea cups as they dine or drink a green tea. That’s why Japanese restaurant serve meals many kinds of dinnerware.

I think beautiful dinnerware and cups make all the difference. Using a measuring cup that fits snugly around the egg is a great idea.
