So is this just fluid that you are gaining and how do you gain weight while you are fasting just curious I don't know much about it

Jenny3781- Its both Fluid and Muscle. When I work out, I get crazy Fluctuations. However, my body fat percentages continue to go down (currently at 23% from 28%).
