I've started to transition to black/sweet coffee (1/2 pkt of Truvia) and I still miss my creamer texture but I'll get over it. 4 lbs. to Onederland and a date end of the week. Not a bad way to start the week. I will concentrate on learning and digging into what I don't understand and creating value for those around me. I am also going to continue to prioritize my health and working on getting my brain to overrule my inner 2 year old who does not want to go walking. And I still didn't go grocery shopping lol. Sounds like a lunchtime run perhaps or immediately at 4pm when I'm off work.

Looking forward to what I hear is cooler weather coming this week. Finally under 70 this morning. I hear low 70s for the high for at least a few days so really enjoying that thought. Nice to have a break from the muggy and feel a little "fall."
