What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: BP Coffee with Cinnamon Powder

Lunch: Salad with Almond, Fage 5% Yogurt mixed with Matcha Powder and Rice Bran and Matcha Tea

Dinner: Salad with Avocado with Yuzu Citrus Dressing, Natto mixed with Flaxseed Meal and Dried Krill, Broiled Mackerel(no pic), Raspberries and Black Grapes and Nuts(no pic)
45.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
