What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Primal Kitchen Collagen Bar(1/2)

Lunch: Fage5% Yogurt mixed with Buckwheats, Turmeric and Black Pepper and Chai Tea with Coconut Oil

Dinner: Salad with Avocado and Tofu, Sauté with Chicken Soft bones and Kale, Grapes and Nuts(no pic)
45.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
