Forgot to check my blood sugar before coffee (try again tomorrow) and had just a couple sips before I took it and got 118. Has anyone tracking BS used SF creamer and noted it spiked their readings? Wouldn't think it would affect it but maybe it does. Tomorrow should give some perspective I guess. Before/after meals I'm under 90 so was surprised for the early morning to be so high. Other than the coffee and my thyroid pill, I'd been NPO for 12 hours.

Work is...annoying. Can't get the tools I'm used to to do my job and it's ridiculous. Specifically IT is ridiculous lol. I hope I'm going to like this place. I'm keeping an open mind but...well, it's early days. Guess I'll be looking for workarounds.
