First restaurant meal in a month and bam! up 3 pounds. Assuming it's lots of water due to the carby goodness of fried shrimp and chips/french fries with slaw.
132.0 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
