Whew. I didn’t think it would ever happen but I finally dropped below 167. Funny how you can sit at a point seemingly forever and then just in a day drop again. Probably fluid retention. Anyway, I’m happy things are going in the right direction again. Motivation to keep at it.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes. And very proud of it. My city remains the CFL Champions. Because they couldn’t play this year, our team still holds the championship title. Lol.
