I hve been serious about losing weight and concentrating on trying sinc 01/01/09. My sister has had a weight gain similar to mine and when I see her I realize that I am looking in the mirror, I am very concerned about her because she had a brain bleed last year, I must think about my health also. I am trying to walk on the treadmill for a least 1/2 hour each day. I have good days, i can walk for almost an hour but sometimes I can hardly walk for 15 mins, I did good today. good food and good walking. MOM

The 1/2 bagel in the afternoon with thinly spread cream cheese and the boiled egg really helped me to not be so hungry in the evening so I didnt over eat at dinner.
