What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Miso Soup with Koya-Tofu and Nori

Lunch: Cauliflower and Quinoa Salad, Fage 5% Greek Yogurt with Cinnamon Powder

Snack: Ghirardelli 92% Chocolate

Dinner: Sea Weed and Edamame Salad with Sesame Oil, Boiled Egg marinade with Soy Sauce, Baked Mackerel, Half of Apple(no pic) and Nuts(no pic)

It is very rare things I eat snack. When I eat something afternoon, I pick very dark chocolate, boiled egg or 1 Tbsp of Nut Butter or Cream. I felt dark chocolate yesterday. When you want chocolate that means your body need magnesium. Also, you are missing somebody I guess. When I want chocolate, especially Ghirardelli, I remembered that I had a trip to San Francisco with my younger brother long time ago.
45.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

To Liv001: Thank you! I started Low-Carb diet late in 2013. Before that I used to eat Yogurt+Banana+Cinnamon or Yogurt+Granola+Banana. That’s really sounds good to me still, but I’m fine with without banana every day now.

To Tina.and.tito: Thank you! Marinade boiled eggs are easy to make and have lots of protein. Seaweeds has lots of fiber. It is good to your guts health.
