Weight is up, but that's okay. I started a wellness program yesterday, and will join another one today - they'll compliment each other and I'll get personalized coaching from both a nutritionist and an exercise coach. Best thing is - they're FREE!

I've always done well on the Atkins diet, but I just can't seem to stick with it for any length of time. Hopefully with some encouragement and being part of a program and team I can really make a permanent change this time. I'm tired of my nice clothes not fitting.
78.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
