Did well food wise until last night, then it felt like I was just shoveling anything sweet in. I stopped when I realized it, but I dont really know how much damage I did. Trying to be more mindful today so hopefully that helps.

I did make it to the gym last night, and I got in an AMRAP at work. I also busted out my 140 squats (plus a million more at the gym). Today is a rest day from squats, and I think Ill either do some yoga tonight, take a walk, or both. I need to move but Id like something a little more gentle.

Super stressful day so far between family, teachers, and school - Ill be glad when today is over.
119.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 37.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
