What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Bagel with Avocado, Ham and Jalapeño pickles (It’s very rare that I eat Bread in the morning)

Lunch: Non-fat Yogurt with Cinnamon Powder+ Turmeric Powder + Sunflower Seeds

Dinner: Salad with Wakame(Seaweed) and Edamame, Natto+Flaxseed meal + Okra, Baked Ahi Tuna and Purple Sweet Potato and Nuts(no pic)
45.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

To Curvaceous Cutey: Thank you again. I only use recipes when I make desserts especially using flour things. I think Baking is like Zen. I have to be nice and calm to scale flour, baking powder and so on. Foods you eat is someone’s heart.
