Any special plans this weekend? Rainy and dreary here and I have to do groceries. Feel like saying forget it and fasting all week. Maybe I’d get to 130 faster. What’s your opinion? 😆

Girl- I hear you! I HATE grocery shopping but I do try to remind myself that we are blessed to just go down the road and afford whatever we want and to be doing CICO so we can still get the good stuff. LOL. I really should go because I have been putting off the "big trip and just getting like 10-15 items to get us through. No special plans besides cleaning. David has picked up more OT and is working tonight and tomorrow. I typically clean all day on Saturdays. We have this virtual reality boxing game and I just had to take 2 ibuprofen because I am so sore from fighting this guy in my living room. I am kinda disgusted because it is only 3 minute rounds and I only went 3 rounds- same the day before. Everything hurts. Like why are my glutes sore from boxing? I must be ducking and weaving. LOL. But I gotta get better so I can clean the house and lift. Can't skip the lifting but it is the funnest cardio I have had in awhile. This was a very long answer that I could have put in a private message but why not share with everyone?😁 As far as fasting all week- Don't lose your weight in the form of muscle. Besides- you like to cook. Grocery shopping for me is a reminder that I am failing as a wife and mother as I only cook 2-3 times a week (in a good week).

I am NOT fasting all week. Guess typing doesn’t let you hear the sarcasm which was legit. LOL Not sure why I had all these losses. Weird enough, last week I had several low cal days and kept gaining. This week trying to stay as close to 2000 as possible and I keep dropping. I’m telling ya, low cal is not my thing. 😋 Boxing must be fun. Sounds like it made you move in ways you’re not used too. That’s awesome. I recall doing stuff on the kids wii years ago too that made me hurt everywhere. 🤣

Oh- I knew you wouldn't be fasting for a week. I caught your sarcasm! Yeah- that wii stuff is killer. Just shows how changing things up is important I guess. And the calorie thing- I have had that same experience. I think our bodies are happy at a specific range and going against it for too long causes it to rebel. (That isn't scientific. That's just a DP hypothesis.) :)

Happy weekend Princess! I think part of what makes you such an inspiration is that you do have gains, but then you just get back to work and bring in down again, lower than ever. And then, of course, there's that beautiful body you're building... 💛

They’re right one will always have gains and 90% of the time it’s water weight anyway, plus you are always honest and funny and on top of it. You surly work out a hell of a lot more than I. Probably, do more housework than I also!! Have wonderful rest of the weekend.😊🌺

Yes, the Oculus Quest "Thrill of the Fight" boxing game is amazing. My abs are sore from it, maybe my arms as well but I can't tell cause they are always sore. :P
