W: 46.1kg, F: 18.8%, M: 35.5kg

What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Egg Salad(no pic), Cold Coffee

Lunch: Salad with Guacamole and Tuna Salad

Dinner: Salad, Mayo Tofu, Brie Cheese (no pic), Natto with Flaxseed meal(no pic), Non-Fat Yogurt(no pic) and Nuts(no pic)

I usually don’t drink Canned Cold Coffee, but it had been sitting inside of refrigerator for long time. It was not bad!
45.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
