Finally a drop. I was begining to think October was going to be a plateau month but thankfully it won't be. I'm a bit behind on my 10 pounds per month goal and want to catch up.
133.2 kg Lost so far: 26.0 kg.    Still to go: 37.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
