It's funny where I notice the weight loss first. My hands, wrists, ankles, and feet feel skinnier!! I also notice it is easier to cross my legs. Nothing very noticeable yet in my clothes but I know I am making progress.
102.9 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
