Went up, went down. Got my labs back today and the A1C is still higher than I'd like so time to crack down a bit, get things back in order. The bread and bagels are no long on my list. Unfortunately lol. They were good.

Now I get to focus on veggies, meat, cheese and eggs which are just as yummy and make me feel better. I just can't be as lazy. 6 months of lazy (thank you COVID) is enough.

New job, new perspective, new (again) habits. Job changes are the best time to make sure your life is DESIGNED the way you want it to be. If it's not, fix it. So I will.
97.4 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
