Started including fruit into my nutrition plan yesterday. Working with cantaloupe. Feel somewhat bloated but it may be from the water intake too...
I've already hit my target weight 2 weeks out.
Going hard!
61.2 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
