2nd week carb cycling. Reduced carbs below 400g and dropped to around 2450kCal on training days.
Tomorrow is a rest day and will eat back up to +400g carbs and 2600kCal.
2 weeks out to the competition deadline.
Still feeling strong and maintaining strength. Will increase cardio time for these last 2 weeks. Body fat is definitely lower than I've gotten it down to in my last 2 years. Hard work and discipline pays off 👍
Still unsure what I will be doing after this competition is over... 🤔
