I am dancing in the streets! I couldn't wait to get in here and record my new weight. To be in the 180s finally is a milestone for me, I didn't think I would ever get here. That is 4.5 lbs since the start of my challenge.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
