Woke at 212, maintaining IF and staying on track with foods !!! Tomorrow is my first Pickleball in over 2 weeks, arm still LIL sore but going to give it a try !!! Bought braces and will take some pain meds ahead of time... The game's are out side so should be able to get another 1-2 #s off this weekend ..And I'm DO N OK !!!
96.2 kg Lost so far: 97.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
