Super doper :-) just a quick check in and weigh in. I'm doing PP (Pure Protein) again today so I can have PV (protein & veggies on Thursday) for a lunch out with friends. The alternating protein then protein plus veggies seems to work well for me. But I am looking forward to the next phase when I can add fruit and bread. Plus the PV would be everyday except for one day which will be PP per week. Oh that apple is going to taste yummy :-) This will be once I get to my goal.
I have had other temptations lately but have stayed true to ME, my woe & wol. I keep a question in mind when I feel myself wandering, I get very conscious of it and say it out loud sometimes, "Is IT worth it?", by IT being the temptation food, drink or other that would lead me off my path. And, so far, thankfully the answer is LOUD NO or maybe just a casual nah, and I just leave it at that and go on :-)
