Loving (for the most part) IF. I feel much more in control of my eating and my cravings, yet when I do break my fast I'm still having difficulty with moderation. I'm not going outside of my diet plan but overeating because I think I'm hungrier than I actually am. Perhaps I need to have broth or something like that to break the fast instead of sitting down to a meal right away. That way I can allow the hunger to dissipate before sitting down with food. We'll see how that goes. Need to get some bone broth...
